Our 24-month program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the industry. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the agricultural sector.
The 70:20:10 Model of Learning guides our development approach. This means that 70% of your learning will come from hands-on work and experience-based training, while 20% will be derived from asking questions and interacting with colleagues, and 10% through formal classroom training.
You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including those focused on customer satisfaction, team collaboration, and innovation. Regular feedback from mentors will help you refine your skills and address any challenges you may face.
