Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Experience Requirements
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years in a sales-driven environment is required.
- Retail Expertise: Prior experience in a retail setting, especially within the clothing or footwear industry, is highly advantageous.
- Sales Performance: Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Store Support: Hands-on experience in replenishing stock, folding and organizing merchandise, and maintaining a neat and orderly retail space.
- Transaction Management: Proficiency in operating cash registers, processing transactions, and utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Inventory Control: Familiarity with stockroom organization, inventory management procedures, and conducting periodic spot checks.
