Job Description:
Night Guard Security, a reputable and family-run personal security provider, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tactical Officer to join our team. As a Tactical Officer, you will be responsible for executing strategic security operations, conducting patrols, monitoring security systems, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ premises.
Key Responsibilities:
– Execute strategic security operations to protect people, property, and assets
– Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security threats
– Respond to emergencies, such as intrusions, fires, and medical emergencies
– Ensure the safety and security of the premises, including access control and crowd management
– Collaborate with other security personnel to achieve security objectives
– Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
– PSIRA registration
– Firearm competency
– Physical fitness and self-defense proficiency
– Knowledge of crowd control and crisis management
– Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a team
