Duties:
Ensure that the vehicle is checked on a daily basis as per checklist.
Obtain all invoices to be delivered to customers from the supervisor.
Ensure that all items on the invoices have been loaded onto the vehicle.
Tighten and strap down all tyres for safety purposes.
Deliver the goods to the relevant customer.
Load and offload tyres without any delay.
Request the customer to sign all invoices, credit notes and road sheets
Provide the customer with the second copy of the invoice and return the original copy to the office.
Collect any tyres from the customer when necessary.
Ensure that a job card is completed correctly for any collected tyres.apply
Ensure that the vehicle is kept clean and tidy at all times.
Arrange with the Supervisor that the vehicle services are booked well in advance for every 10 000 km.
Ensure that torque wrenches are turned out and jacks have enough hydraulic fluid when doing breakdowns.
Complete torque wrench register after every breakdown
