Full job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administration Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including managing electronic files, updating systems and electronic filing, and performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update company databases;
• Organize and schedule appointments;
• Attend to service providers;
• Prepare reports and statistics
• Handle incoming calls and other communications;
• Perform general bookkeeping duties.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
