Key Responsibilities
? Answering telephones, taking messages, relaying messages etc.
? Divert landline on weekends to sales person(s).
? Greeting customers that visit the Joburg warehouse and host them with drinks etc.
? Make sure all phones, copiers etc are in good condition.
? Make sure the office is tidy and well maintained, particularly the communal kitchen area.
? Coordinate stock and filing of marketing materials and reorder replacement if stock low / out.
? Order and control of stationary, paper, cleaning detergents & kitchen supplies etc for the office.
? Taking minutes of meetings when required.
? Coordinate bookings and travel arrangements for internal staff
? Assist preparation of documents.
Other Responsibilities:
? Prepare boardroom for meetings with external clients.
Person Specification
? A positive and professional communication style.
? Professional personal appearance – the first ‘face’ of a high end corporate brand.
? ‘Can Do’ attitude – willingness to go the extra mile to assist others if and when required – eg local event set up
? Computer literate – outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint are pre-requisites.
? Excellent organizational skills.
