Reporting to the Divisional Manager: Legal will ensure the safekeeping of Group Security documents,contracts, agreements and managing the database.
The Legal Securities Officer will:
Securities administration
Database maintenance
Record keeping and reporting
Stakeholder management
Management of document movement process
Managing Human Resources (Performance Management of subordinates)
The following minimum requirements should be met in order to be considered:
Qualification:
Diploma in Office Management / Administration or equivalent qualification
Para-Legal Certificate will be an added advantage.
Experience:
5 years’ experience in effective Office Management and data capturing
5 years’ supervisory skills
5 years’ experience in securities and document management systems
Knowledge of archiving and data management legislation
Requisite Functional Competencies
Computer Literacy (MS Office).
Knowledge and experience in financial planning and forecasting
Knowledge and understanding of Public Financial Management Act
Knowledge of Corporate Governance Principals
Good knowledge and understanding of securities management
