Main Purpose of the Role:

 

To ensure effective Quality Assurance through the application of quality control processes in order for DSV Healthcare to comply with GDP requirements, Client quality requirements, ISO 900 and 13485 requirements within the warehouse Receiving environment.

 

 

 

Job Related Requirements:

 

Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a Pharmaceutical environment within a warehousing and distribution industry

Must have a minimum of 1 year QA experience

Must have completed 1 year Community Service

Attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent written and verbal communication.

 

 

Tertiary Qualifications:

 

BPharm Degree and must be registered with the South African Pharmacy Council

 

 

Added Advantages

 

Knowledge of GDP requirements

 

 

Computer Literacy Level:

 

Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Ensure QA requirements are met relating to the QC system and to the flow processes.

Ensure relevant QA/QC standards are applied in the Receiving Department.

Compile deviation reports for deviations stemming from the Receiving and Distribution Departments

Assist with general functions in the Receiving Department

Ensure regulatory requirements are adhered to

Exhibit accountability and positive attitude to achievement

Identify problems and opportunities.
