This is a position rendering HR support to 14 Depots in across different provinces -reporting to the Senior People and Culture Manager.

 

Manage onboarding and off boarding

Manage the employee life cycle

Control personnel records

Managing HR queries

Render payroll administrative function payroll

Compiling relevant monthly reports

Implement and develop HR Policies

Advice and coach on employee relations

Train employees on new HR systems and processes

Administer training and development records

Administer employee wellness

Talent Management and Performance Management

HR Projects Management

Manage the Employment Equity process

Required Minimum Qualifications

 

Grade 12

Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology

A labour relations qualification will be advantageous

Minimum Experience required

 

At least 5 years HR experience

Knowledge and understanding of the NBCRFLI

Warehousing and Distribution environment experience will be highly advantageous

Willingness to travel to all depots

Own Transport is a must
